(We run our seminars like you should run your practicesless is more.) At the seminar, we instantly gave him a raise $108,000/year (thats $9,000/month!) of net (not gross) income in his pocket to take home to mama, by lowering his overhead from 70% to 55%. Then we helped him triple his collections. Yes, I said triple!! And he had a great practice to begin with. You wouldnt believe me if I told you how much he collects each month with just 3 team members. Youd say, No way! Thats impossible! Lets just say he exceeded my recommendation of $25,000 - $45,000 production/month/ employee. (By the way, if you are below these numbers, you have serious systems problems that are killing profits.) His former consultants and trade journal authors wouldnt believe it either, but its true. Hes got the bank statements to prove it. For privacys sake, I wont reveal the exact number, but it is astounding. Additionally, he takes at least 6 weeks of vacation each year, has several growing investments and is truly enjoying dentistry and life. Plus, his team bonused $36,000 last year . . . each! Thats on top of their regular salaries! Plus, they get 6 weeks of paid vacation just like their doctor. However, you dont even have to believe me. Read what Kelly has said!
