Amy has 19 years of experience in the dental profession. Her career began in high school working as a file clerk in a pediatric practice, and progressed over the years to office management in practices producing as high as $2M+ annually. Amy has been with the Brady Group full time since 1999 and has visited and consulted with practices, both large and small, throughout the United States.

Amy has a degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas. She loves to snow ski, cook and spend time with her family. Amy resides in Rockwall, Texas with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

Delores Averitt
Personal Coach and
Image Consultant

As a personal coach for the Brady Group, Delores Averitt has 25+ years experience in Dentistry that include managing a $2 million practice as a “Front Desk Goddess” and a Director of a private dental assisting school. As part of the very “hands-on” training, she spends a lot of time in dental offices teaching advanced techniques in scheduling via a reservation system, financial arrangements and verbal skills. Her job is to make the jobs of a dental team easier, more fun and profitable….and to laugh a lot! “I get to make a lot of friends all over the country, but the best part is watching the patients become big fans of a practice. My favorite thing will always be watching doctors and their teams enjoy the awesome financial results of this very unique approach and the fun they have at all our seminars! Julie Cummings
Program Coordinator

Hi, I’m Julie Cummings. I’m the Program Coordinator here at the Brady Group. That means I help you with the details of our coaching program. I have been friends with the Brady family since 1995 and have worked for Dr. Brady since September 1996. I attended the University of Utah on a gymnastics scholarship and graduated with a BS degree in merchandising. I have lived in Colorado Springs with my husband and three fantastic children since 1984. I enjoy all kinds of water sports: boating, skiing, snorkeling and scuba diving. I enjoy helping Chris help so many doctors realize their dreams. I look forward to helping you through our program.

Michelle Reynolds
Marketing Manager

Michelle is a vital part of the Brady Group operation. She provides production planning and direction on all marketing initiatives and has built a solid reputation of maximizing the effectiveness and reach of marketing budgets. With a talent for never losing sight of the end goal she supports the Brady Group with her proven ability to oversee production teams assuring that jobs are completed on time and on budget. She performs market research and is also responsible for designing the new Brady Group website. Before joining the Brady team, Michelle was co-owner and Financial Officer/Project Manager of GTO Advertising for 15 years, a full-service ad agency in San Antonio, Texas.
